The lies and deception start with the first question on their FAQ - Although they say 500 boxes is possible be prepared to be told that is not possible when you finally reach someone.

It gets worse as you progress, very slowly I might add, as "estimates" get presented, then retracted, only to be replaced by a higher price tag each time due to errors in the "accounting dept."

If you get as far as coming to an agreement, figure out how you will get the paid product to its destination because they don't seem to have a plan to get it to you. Renting a uhaul for yourself is their best suggestion.

Lastly, be prepared for an additional cost to appear right after you pay the deposit as well. You know the pastelitos and cafecitos they are enjoying while you wait for over an hour to sign the paperwork can get real expensive.
