Errors and Omissions

Refunds

We offer 48 hours to our customers to notify us if the products they received were damaged or did not meet their specifications. While we do not provide a refund owing to the nature of our materials, we will reproduce your original order, provided the mistake was on our part. 

To initiate the reprinting process, our management will carefully review your order and reprint request and then decide if it’s valid. 

We may request your images or proof to see if the product arrived defective. You must provide these images within seven days of receiving your order. Otherwise, your request will not be entertained.  

Payments

Since we offer personalized printing services, we require full payment before initiating the printing process. To avoid delays and disruptions, you must also clear all dues regarding shipping and handling and any applicable taxes. 

Order Placement

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the printing products by accepting proof (either in electronic form or hard copy) as part of the order placement process. 

This process ensures that every customer receives exactly what they ordered. 

Order Cancellation

We allow a period of 4 hours for order cancellation; however, after this period, we can’t make any changes to the artwork you provide, and therefore, we won’t be able to take any order cancellation requests
